99年11月1至7日德國漢堡科技大學將舉辦「2010年第3屆全球氣候變遷線上會議」，討論主題為「氣候變遷及水資源永續管理（Climate　Change　and　the　Sustainable　Management　of　Water　Resources）」歡迎各界於3月31日前踴躍提交論文，主辦單位網站www.klima2010.net。

獲選論文將於該會議期間線上公開刊登，其中優選論文並刊登收錄在「International　Journal　of　Climate　Change　Studies　and　Management」或「Climate　Change　and　the　Sustainable　Management　of　Water　Resources」等系列期刊。
